Dispatch & Delivery

Shipping will be calculated during check-out, deliveries over £100 will be free of charge.

We endeavor to dispatch all orders received before 12pm Monday-Saturday (excl. Bank Holidays).

During peak seasons, for example: Black Friday, and Christmas, there can be delays in shipping with a higher volume of orders needing to be processed. Of course, this is not ideal for anyone, and we work hard to make sure all orders are processed as quickly as possible. Express orders do get priority if we are delayed in shipping orders.

If you have placed an order that contains both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, you should expect your order to be dispatched when all items are readily available. If you wish to receive items as quickly as possible, please place separate orders.

Tracked 48

  • Delivery Aim: within two to three working days after they accept your parcel.
  • Tracking to delivery point.
  • Photo on delivery.

Tracked 24

  • Delivery Aim: next working day after they accept your parcel - but please bear in mind, this is not a next day courier service or guarantee.
  • Tracked to delivery point.
  • Photo on delivery.

Express Delivery (UK Mainland)

  • Delivery: next working day after they accept your parcel.
  • Monday to Friday service.
  • Tracked to delivery point.
  • Photo on delivery.

Express Delivery (Non-Mainland)

  • Delivery: 2-3 working days after they accept your parcel.
  • Monday to Friday service.
  • Tracked to delivery point.
  • Photo on delivery.

RETURNS

We have tried to make sure our returns process as simple as possible. Whatever your reason for needing to make a return, please read the information below and then click the button for the form we will need back with the return.

Please ensure returns are packaged safely, securely, and sent with a tracking number - please take note of this tracking number for future reference.

Returning unwanted products

  • Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.
  • Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.
  • Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
  • Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value.

Returning faulty or damaged products

  • Faulty goods, or goods damaged in transit before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 14 days of the initial purchase.
  • If you contact us first with information/images about the fault/damage, we will be able to provide a postage label for you, free of charge.
  • Products returned for being faulty or damaged in transit are normally replaced/exchanged for identical products.

Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment has been lost or misrouted, then a replacement product will be sent out as soon as possible, if for any reason this is not possible a full refund will be arranged.
